Unlike another reviewer, I received what is pictured.
Unfortunately, what I received appear to be factory rejects (or "seconds"). Pushing on the button on top caused the area below it to fill with shaving cream. Removing the cap, cleaning out the mess and putting the cap back on resulted in it no longer functioning. I have bought this product before in drug stores and have not had this problem.
Based upon my experience, a better alternative is: Edge Shave Gel, Senstive Skin, 7-Ounces Cans (Pack of 6)

The best shave gel I have found. Excellent lubrication provides very comfortable shaving with Mach3 blades that I prefer. Very light and pleasant fragrance. The 6-pack bundle arrives shrink wrapped and well padded in shipping box. There was no damage at all and they are exactly what you would buy at brick & mortar retailers for more money. I'll buy them again.

I prefer this shaving cream because I find that I actually have to change my razor less often (it's that effective!). The one problem with gels is that they tend to be cold on the face in the winter time, but they make for a very good shave.

I based my buy decision on the picture above but it was not what I received! Be warned! What you see may not be what you get!
I am an avid Amazon shopper but after this, I will start thinking twice about buying such items.
