shaving with aroma therapyJun 07, 2010
By Kewl hand This has a wonderful scent and the only way to shave! Once you have used a shaving oil to soften your beard and bald head you can't shave any other way. And the scent gives you a little aroma therapy...A great product.

MessyAug 16, 2010
By T. Elder This shave oil smells fantastic, but otherwise I was disappointed. It is supposed to be "pre-shave", but I found that it was a little on the sticky side and made it difficult for the soap to go on over it. Then, during the shave, it really gummed up the blades and left a oily residue in the sink. I think if you stick with a good shave soap or cream, you don't really need the "preshave."

Good product. Smells well Ok and does its job: protecting the skin from burns and irritation. As a lubrication product, it is average, but I cannot say it is worse than any of the more expensive products sold by Art of Shaving, Trumpers, Truehill, and others. I did read in other reviews somebody complaining about this product being too sticky, affecting the soap/cream leathering, or leaving residues around the sink area. I have not observed these things. A little goes a long way with this product. You don't need to put on a lot to see it work effectively. I give it 3 stars mainly because the price/quantity ratio and the smell (not bad...the product description says "herbal", but for the price, it could be a little better; at times, it reminds me of a milder Vix's Vaporub).
